Thank you for this! Could you tell me more about out how you meal plan for a neurodivergent family so I’m not making 5 different meals for five different people??

Chelsea, I absolutely love the menu idea. I think it is going to work beautifully for my daughter with autism. Thank you for sharing it.

Oh my gosh, I already do this! It's like how I learned to hack my demand avoidance. So validating! Thank you for putting such lovely words and structure to it!

Oh I loved this! Thank you. This really helps me out. When I can’t get everything and more done in one day, I cry. If I get everything and more done, I’m burnt on. I’m working on my time and my 5 year old. So fitting in my own life and wants isn’t really easy. But I think scheduling things for him and I that are FEASIBLE, I’ll be ok! WE’LL BE OK! So yeah, thanks so much! & …… STRUCTURED???? HIT SIS UP!!!

Here is a strategy or morning routine that I have committed to do consistently for at least 30 days:

4:30 - write content

5:30 - 6:30 - 60min Running/Exercise

6:30 - 8:30 - Family stuff

8:30 - 9:30 - Meetings

9:30 - 12:00 - Deep work

I’ve been wanting to establish a routine but it literally never works for me. I’m looking forward to trying this method!

I’m going to try this with my youngest. I also have a family of 5 neurodivergent people, myself included. There is a real need for demand reduction in our house. (We do have a list of “safe foods” I try to keep on hand. That is very helpful.)

I love this! I'm getting the App and I'm going to start by putting the housework on it. Every time I look at everything that needs to be done to clean the house I sit down in front of a murder show instead. It's not that I don't want it done, it's just overwhelming. To be able to get it into a manageable routine would be lovely.

One habit at a time, I can get there. I don't have to do it all at once or at all. Rest and creativity are vital. (Me and my mantras)
