I am so looking forward to this series! This clicks so much as to why only one type of rest just doesn’t rejuvenate in the ways we think it should.

This is just what I needed to read today, it makes so much sense why so many are living through chronic burn out. Honestly feel we live in burnout society these days. Radical Rest is Resistance 🙌

Wonderful. Thank you for sharing. Very helpful. I took some notes via screenshots to save in an album and use as daily reminders to help me address where I need to ground. I see many personal rest deficits.

What a beautiful share, I feel after being burned out, quitting my job and starting over—I have found rest. I am glad you’re helping others find rest now so they don’t have to hit a rock bottom to find a new way. You have confirmed so much of what I do is necessary to my own well being.
