Great approach. I try to ground myself every morning, before the day breaks, by sitting outside, looking at the sky and talking to my Team of Light. Most days it helps.

This is awesome! I’m definitely in. Really appreciate the PDF as well. Some of these things I haven’t seen framed as rest so very excited to use during this challenge. This is coming at a really good time for me. A lot going on and changing simultaneously so being grounded is more important then ever!

This PDF is so great!! I wrote a list of ways I can do the different types of rest about a month ago, and I’m trying to try 2 new ways a week. I’ve been lax on it lately, and this is an excellent reminder 🤗 Thank you so much!
